Nope. I don't have a credit card. No one in my family uses it because of lack of usage. Not to mention delivery time.

Nope. An import is more expensive. A N3DS XL would be 200€, while here is around 120€. Not to mention delivery costs. If I would buy from eBay, for example, the delivery would be around 30€...Total of 230€=1200 RON. It's impossible to question your economy with such price.
