I haven't seen anybody post the locations of anything other than Pokemon/NPCs for Sun/Moon, so here's what I've found. I didn't care enough to find the other player character custom parts.
a/0/8/1 - Battle Backgrounds
a/0/8/3 - Some maps
a/0/8/6 - Maps & Textures
a/0/8/7 - Z-moves, Battle Effects, and Intros
a/0/9/4 - Pokemon
a/0/9/8 - Cutscene Maps & Props
a/1/1/2 - some Poke Pagelo stuff
a/1/2/1 - Festival Plaza Buildings
a/1/6/2 - Some map pieces
a/1/6/4 - Poke Pelago Maps
a/1/7/0 - In-BattleNPCs/Cutscene/Props/Pokeball models - I've got all the important characters ready to upload, saving some for a rainy day.
a/1/8/2 - Male Shirts
a/1/9/6 - Overworld NPCs/Pokemon/props - I'll probably mass rip all the NPCs sometime in the future.
