Okay, so some stuff I had lying around which isn't up yet, or I've 'fixed' (removed transparency etc.) has been added to the first post.
I no longer have that very useful icon make someone made, nor do I know if it's still the standard - either way, if someone could link me that, I'd happily make the icons for the sheets that need them.
