one day i'd like for there to be a nintendo x capcom or tekken or something like it. not a smash bros thing of course, but a traditional versus fighter that features nintendo IPs. but today's nintendo is probably against the idea because traditional fighters have those more realistic violence as opposed to the quirky and slapstick-ish violence in smash bros.

one of these days nintendo will abandon their "keep our IPs family friendly, no matter what audience a game is intended for" policies and try something new.

well, i mean, it's a start, but there were Xenoblade and Fire Emblem characters in Project X Zone 2, which was a Sega/Capcom/Namco mashup


I wouldn't mind a Project X Zoneish kind of game with Nintendo characters and something absolutely ridiculous like...i dunno, Idea Factory or something (Fire Emblem Warriors is a step in the right direction in terms of weird mashups, I guess)
