If you're also going to include unlicensed games on that completion list, I already know a few that could also be added to the list (I currently have no intentions of ripping them, or any other NES games, but that's not to say I won't change my mind at some point).

Chiller (Those who are easily disturbed might not want to know more about this than whatever written entry you can find on the Cutting Room Floor or Wikipedia, I was going to suggest checking out Censored Gaming, but they've since taken the video down, probably for the best)
