With DA account he meant a "DeviantArt" account. Alright, Let's do something to help you out... how about making screens of everything? Visualising this could help. Here is a quick tutorial, how I do this:

Step 1 - Go to an image hosting website (mine is CherryShare, since it's quick and simple to use):

Step 2 - Click the button "Browse", then select the file you want to upload (your spritesheet in this situation for example) and click "open":


Step 3 - Click the button "Upload" of the CherryShare (or other image hoster site) page and wait, until a new page opens:

Step 4 - At the page, you now get some textfields, of which all have text written in them. Copy everything from the "Forum code" textbox and paste it in your post:


Step 5 - Profit !
