There's a SNES game with the wrong name.
Current name: Yu Yu Hakusho Tokubehuten
Correct name: Yu Yu Hakusho Tokubetsuhen

Was this possibly already fixed?

Not sure if this is an error or not but I think most of Hotline Miami 2's sprites should be labeled NSFW, most of the sprites have excessive gore 
which would not be safe for work, and the pig butcher sprite sheet depicts rape.

It looks like this was completed at some point.

I'm not sure I follow here - can you elaborate?

I sent a revision for REX-2000, but realized part of the pilot's sprites were missing a few seconds afterwards and can't access the revision page until the one I sent has been approved.
