Uploaded Technodrome, Karai, Foot Ninja to my drive account.

Also, uploaded the tools I use. Edit the "pacdecomp.bat" and change "C00.PAK too whichever file is in the directory, save and double click bat. Open u8tool and select the newly outputted .bin file than open brres... You know what to do now.
