Icon Policy Update

Adding onto what Petie said, yes icons will be sorted by ones that exist and don't exist. Using common sense however, bad icons will be ignored over nicely rendered ones as well. We're having a difficult time getting through the queue as is, and without great renders it'll slow us down. Personally, I won't be looking at badly rendered models, but I can't speak for other checkers.
