I know its a bit of a bump but its a bit of a warning when it come to ripping models from LM.
I can only assume you are using Demolisher for model ripping the rooms and such since its really the only tool for ripping them thats out ATM, and something to keep in mind is that any model that uses bump maps (and normal maps I think, but idr 100%) won't work in v0.2 of Demoliser (the only version that can export the models) so things like the basement stairs. There might be fixes to this soonish, but probably not for demolisher and I can't promise 100% that there will be a fix. If there is I'll let you know.
