Multi-Console Games in Resource sites?

I was looking through Sonic Mania sprites, and I realized the game was in the PC section, even though it has sheets for other console controllers. I thought it would make more sense if a game could be in more then one console (unless the game is too different from another version.) Anybody else agrees?
