They are in the WAD files I believe instead of just being in the folders

Thank you for the answer, I think you're correct.
Using Wooxy I've been able to extract the WAD file (WAD.client) of Evelynn and also extract what is on the file. However, I am not able to get the files yet. All files after the extraction are in BIN format. 
There are many BIN files, one for every skin, do you know how can I open these .bin? 

Wooxy can open some .bin too, but not these.
