EDIT: I you have released your updated version, can we convert those models with "LoL2DAE" ? I'm now evertime getting this error message "Unable to open skeleton file, please place it in the same directory as your mesh file".
Why would you want to use LoL2Dae ?
EDIT: If you're trying to open the models in Maya then just rename the SKN and SKL so that they have the same file name
