I can't really speak for the submission team as I don't handle submissions, but I don't necessarily see an issue with this if your intention is to ask for community verification that your rips are up to the correct standards.
As long as you have documented forum proof that you were the ripper of these files (as in, if you can show us the correct forum thread that you posted your rips in and the timestamps predate any stolen duplicates) then there probably won't be any issues as far as reporting other people stealing your rips, if such a thing were to happen.
People post their WIPs for customs/rips intended for tSR all the time; I don't see why the same can't be done for the other resources.
If I were you I'd wait for someone who actually takes care of submissions to answer, but it'll probably be fine.
