i've done quite a lot of digging but i havent been able to find out how to view and export these files. i've found a lot on extracting the files from roms, ripping sprites and sounds, but nothing on the models. does anyone have any resources or tips? id kill for a noesis plugin.
update/edit: i figured it out! the only program i found that would work was discontinued, but i found a link to it.
