I was able to decrypt the entire game and can now look through it in RPG Maker XP. The database is the most interesting thing, as it contains the secrets about the conditional wipeouts. Here is a selection with the toughest enemies & bosses in the game (v.1.3.4, I can't guarantee if these conditions are still valid for v.1.4.0):

- Gazer: Hiro equipped with Beta Blade, learned Critical Hit, Gazer is stunned, turn 2
- Macromorph: Hiro equipped with Alpha Blade, Hornet Stingray in inventory, Macromorph's HP are 90% or below, turn 2
- Macrovino: No possibility for conditional wipeout
- Jellyslug & Aquajelly x2: Miruka in party, Mushroom Brew in inventory, Hiro's HP are 80% or below
- Aquajelly x3: Hiro equipped with Gamma Blade, Loreley's HP are 50% or below, turn 1
- Dust Bunny x2: Loreley inflicted with Focused, turn 1
- Dust Bunny x2 & Grave Digger: Loreley in party, Aurora Blossom in inventory, turn 1
- Soul Pest x2: Aquamaryann's HP are 50% or below, towel in inventory, turn 1

- Ancient Elder (1st Battle): Hiro equipped with Gamma Blade, Empty Page in inventory, Ancient Elder's HP 80% or below, turn 2
- P-3: Loreley equipped with Fairy Armor, P-3's HP are 96% or below, turn 2
- Miruka: No possibility for conditional wipeout
- Abyss Butler: Miruka has Kitty Ears equipped, Hiro's HP are 10% or below in turn 1
- Ancient Elder (2nd Battle): Sea Cucumber in inventory, Ancient Elder's HP is 98% or below, turn 2
- All Shadow & Spirit bosses: No possibility for conditional wipeout
- Golden Boob: No possibility for conditional wipeout
- Yashumugi: No possibility for conditional wipeout

- RazTok: Girls and Dungeons 44 in inventory, Mimyu (turn 2) or Loreley (turn 3) inflicted with Defense Up OR Hiro equipped with Focus Bandana (turn 4)
- Bradshine: Hiro equipped with Alpha Blade, survives 3 turns
- Dr. Nova: Aqua Doll in inventory, Nanari in party & inflicted with Body Relocation Jutsu, Dr. Nova's HP is 95% or below, turn 3
- Professor Beck: No possibility for conditional wipeout
- Anomegami: No possibility for conditional wipeout
- Hungry Vine & Patti: No possibility for conditional wipeout
- Pandora & Loreley: No possibility for conditional wipeout

This game also has a lot of unused stuff. The two unused enemies which I ripped are named Evil Spyrit & Wild Foxy, other unused main characters have two different names, one in the files and one in the database. There is also a lot of stuff in the tilesets which is never used, but the unused maps tell me that the developers (Nebelsoft) planned some dream sequences for the characters.
