How to Texture Unreal Engine .psk Models?

Well, I managed to do at least make it work now, but somehow I ended up with this monstrosity, and don't know why it ended up like this. Also what software did you use for the picture? I used GIMP to just remove the background from a screenshot because I had no other idea what to use for the picture.
