I had to reupload 6 or 7 models after noticing my error.Pretty much that, yeah. Make sure you check the UV mapping on those "Layer" polygon groups, and you'll see what Trikeboy means by that. Most characters use a completely different, condensed set just for that purpose. Annoying, yes, but it's a necessary inclusion. The "Layer 5" (a.k.a. "All" in the game's data) isn't as necessary since there doesn't seem to be a texture that fits 'em, it's probably for shader effects.
