Good news: i programmed it and it works.
Bad news: Emulation of ps1 1:1 is apparently not as easy as it may seem. At 2/3 of the screen i always get a line of pixels that duplicated. I spent more time trying to fix that than on the program....

What it does:
On the top left, the loaded background, on the right, the sprites, on the bottom left the preview.
Load a background, load 1 or more sprite on said background, click Process, choose the destination of the files. ????? Profit
And, of course, its not perfect. If the background happens to be the exact same at the same position, it will be erased. Also, if the background move in anyway, SpriteFinder wont help you.
If someone has an idea of a functionnality for the program they could use for their project, i can check if i can integrate it.
