Read the rules, make sure you read section 6 at least three times. This topic is nothing but a request, which you don't have the right requirements for (plus you posted the same thing on the site, which if you had read the comment box, states you're not supposed to make requests there either!).
Plus, uh, if you're trying to work on a mod, why do you need sprite and model rips? You can literally just extract those from the game yourself...
