My Diddy looked familiar to me for some reason.
I realized that it looked a lot like the art style of the fantastic indie project Pizza Tower.
So I did an actual art style attempt of the main character the game is being a spiritual successor to Wario Land.
So um... Here's Wario:
The bottom one's palette is based of the main character from Pizza Tower Peppino. Which seems to be based on Wario himself from Wario Land 3 so it works out
