This has been an error since the start of the Sounds Resource but I didn't rip the sound effects of Sonic R at all. As evidence, I didn't have the game installed or played at that time of the rip and after. In fact I don't even know who ripped it. Been miscredited for a rip that I didn't do and the poor person who ripped it weren't credited at all.

I don't think that I ripped that one either, not completely sure but would have remembered if I did... The others are correct though.
Also I know this isn't really an error but noticed that some of the icons between sites are different. Looking between this and this as an example, only Action Fighter is the same between the two.
Thought that each site had to have the same icons between them...
