Writing short instructions because this thread is old and you're probably not going to read this anyway.

Rip the game using Dolphin.
Open Stage\Static\StageArc.carc in BrawlBox.
In BrawlBox go to Island\G3D\WS2_common_island.brres.
Right click -> export.
