Rejected Sprite Sheet

So I was planning on uploading the Grand Summoners sprite sheets to the database, and I have all of them ripped from the files in the android package. However this sheet got rejected because of blank space, and I didn't get a reply to my PM so I'm posting here.

I'm willing to upload these as is, but I am not willing to re-arrange the sprites because there are 1600 sprite sheets in here. Should I just drop it or is there a chance they can be accepted?
