Can we have custom sounds for Sound Resource?

Seeing that the Model Resource page has a Custom/Edited section filled with fan-made assets, I thought it would be nice if Sound Resource has one as well such as:

Famous SFX and Dialogue like Ed, Edd, n' Eddy, Tom & Jerry, and even SpongeBob.
Altered dialogue such as possessed voice-distortion when a character speaks, such as Nightmare Geese on KoFXIV.
