If anyone can pull a full backup of downloaded content (do whatever you gotta do with cdn etc) and put up one of the raw content archives, that'd be nice.

That's because they encrypted the figurine model files as of version 734, nothing can open them now until someone figures out how to decrypt them, anything from 733 and below can still be opened however.
...do you know how many versions there are, and their numbers? I can download every revision of every file at once if I know that.
