get the sonicglvl 0.9 editor. it comes with modelfbx and modelfbx_2012 [this one is for lost world]
now how to make it work? simple:
1) create a .bat file
2) write in said .bat file: "path to modelfbx" "path to .model" "path to .skl.hkx" (optionnal: "path to .anm.hkx") "path to [insert name].fbx"
3) run your .bat
please notice that it can also convert .terrain-model
