Jurassic Park: The Game model extractor

Hi People!
I have the model extractor, then installed Jurassic Park: The Game but i can't find the D3dmesh files and textures in folders. Somebody could tell me how can i find dinosaurs models and textures? the only files that i found are TTARCHs format and i don't know what they are.
