I want to rip sprites and animations from the PC version of The Simpsons: Cartoon Studio. Most of the files seem to be contained in SIMPDATA/SHARED.DIR. When I look at it in a hex editor, it opens with RIFX. How could I extract this? Any specific tools I could use?
