Dokapon Kingdom? (.PAC and .PAH files)

Hey, was hoping to get a little help extracting the models from this game. Problem is everything is compressed into a major archive, and has two integral files for unpacker, as far as I can tell. Here's the two files I am looking at. If someone could help me out with this it'd be much appreciated.
