beside not all tex having it, check the _sss or the _ilm textures, those should have it. Try both tga and tga uncompressed again, and open it with photoshop(must work unlike other stuff like paint.net), alternatively try converting those tga to tga again with noesis or to png, then back to tga, or dds
everything here works fine

Photoshop method worked, I had to resave the file into PNG but converting it back after should do the rest of the work. Thanks!
