No, it's considered cutscene foley, and a lot of those kinds of sound files in KH3 are mixed together in such a way that it's difficult / impossible to isolate sounds like the Gummiphone's without another sound overlapping it (for instance, the one sound file which has the majority of it, gm155_cut070_3169, has several cloth-rustling sounds that can't be separated from it).

So, it's not like in 0.2 where most of the sounds were separated? hmm, that's ok dude. btw thats a nice 5.1 foley sound you've extracted
