I like what you've done so far! However, as an animator, I tend to get nitpicky about motion and the ins and outs of movement, sadly.
I can't help, but notice the problem when your characters' feet make contact with the ground! When a person takes a step, the heel of the foot contacts the ground first, then the main part, then finally the toes. It's a simple adjustment and gives more life to the movement. Hope that helps!
