Edit Reason: new information

Hello there, I'm new to this whole ripping endeavor, and I need some assistance.
I attempted to use the guide on how to rip PS2 models/textures, locatedĀ here, however I ran into two issues.
One: the textures didn't just contain the textures of the object I was looking at, and were very large. An example of the main character's clothes is located below (ruka_clothes.PNG (was originally BMP format, but was too large to put onto forum))
Two: When attempting to import the saved .obj files into Blender, the scenes were heavily distorted; they stretched far from the origin, and when I brought them back to the origin, no amount of scaling could salvage the scenes.
Anyway, I then attempted to obtain the files from the .iso itself via unpacking, where I ended up with the appropriate folders. However, I do not know of any way to convert or view these .XPF files I ended up with (see wot.PNG, as well as the .zip containing an example of one of the files: HERO.ZIP)
Looking up the issue revealed a person with the exact same issue as I have, but with no conclusion.
If anyone has an idea of how to open or use these files, that would be helpful!
EDIT: The .xpf file format seems to be used for all model files in this gameĀ as well, such as files stored in the BTLDATA folder (presumably contains the battle models of the characters) and FLDDATA/MAP folder (map files). As such, I have included LUCANB.zip, which contains two files from the BTLDATA folder which will most likely match up with HERO.xpf, and GTOWER.zip containing the .xpf file of a late-game area, the Gear Tower.
