Near the top right next to right next to "Object Mode", you'll see "View". Click it and a drop down menu will appear and near the bottom you will see "Viewport Render Image". Click it and it will take a snap shot of the viewport, But don't forgot to deactivate the UI. To do this go to the far left and it'll probably pop up with a message saying "Show Overlays". Click the pattern with the 2 circles over each other and it'll disable the UI. Lastly head to the section on the left and look for "Render Properties". Then open up the tab "Film" and click on the box next ton "Transparent".
As you can clearly read i am kind of shit at giving out instructions so have some visual aid.
