Using Ninja Ripper with Steam games

It means you have to open steam and be connected to the internet / enter offline mode. Or that you downloaded a non-cracked copy

I do have Steam open when attempting to launch the game with Ninja Ripper. However, I'm attempting to launch the game directly rather than through Steam.

1) The game may use multiple .exe

2) You're using it on the shortcut and not the exe itself

3) You're not using intruder injector

4) etc. etc. I need more info to actually "solve" it.

1) It does. I tried both.

2) I tried the executable files directly.

3) I'm not, but the game utilises Direct3D9.

UPDATE: the error also appears when just attempting to launch either executable directly. It's probably not just a Ninja Ripper issue in this context.
