A tool for extracting images from WayForward .tex files (A format often used for portraits, visual effects, and the like). Tested on Shantae: Half-Genie Hero and other WayForward games around that timeframe.

Hi. Thanks for the tools. I tested ShantaeTex for extracting .tex files from "Shantae - Risky's Revenge" PC version, and it creates PNG files just fine.

BTW, is this tool able to do the reverse operation (PNG to TEX)? Some colleagues of mine are trying to translate the PC version of this game to PT-BR, and they were able to translate all texts and even edit some font files. However, there's some texts inside TEX files that we need to edit in order to finish the job.
