Freedom Wars 3D Vita meshes and textures?

I have Freedom Wars on my vita and i was wondering how i would find the mesh and texture files? Specifically for my sinner? How would i view and extract them?  Also, maybe a bit of bonus help on how to texture them? Like, the set up.
