My attempt at salvaging Sonic 3's sprites. (needs help)

Been working on this since 2017. 3 & 1/2 years and only this much? Yeah, i know, pretty pathetic. But i did loose a couple sprites in a crash and i've
worked exhaustively hard deliberating on what i have managed to get done.

Tell me what you really think. At any rate, i don't believe i can finish this alone.
