I think these '00000001' ones are .dds files, but without a header. If you look at other .dds files in hex editor, you can see that they have DSS before DXT5 or DXT1, but the .dds ones that dont work dont have DDS before DXT5 or DXT1. It prob means that we need to build a program that will add a header or we need to find other quickbms a like program that will dont delete the header (if it does delete it). Also the .dds files that dont work have .tga end but theyre .dds files if im not wrong. Sorry if i made any mistakes, but english is not my main language. 

Quickbms doesn't delete any headers. As I said already 3x in previous posts, the files are encrypted.
