Looking good! One thing I'd suggest though is if Koopa Troopa's leg in his turn sprite was in the air one pixel like Koopa's turn sprite in this sheet (although, you don't have to have Koopa's eyes close as he turns, yours looks fine without his eyes closing, but you can if you want to). Other than that, the rest of the sprites are good!
