Disney Interactive Ripping Help

I'm familiar with the process to rip Nintendo .SZS files from MKWii, but when I tried to do the same with Cars 2 Wii, and Toy Story 3 Wii, I was greeted with .oct files, not .SZS or .BRRES.  Does anyone know or have the tools necessary to do this?
