then Website Type B owner is permitted to have on any website for free downloadable .mid



But ^ Website Type B owner must let Website Type A owner know of what websites will contain .mid



Downloading any .mid from Website Type B is legal.



Using any .mid downloaded from Website Type B is legal.



Broadcasting any .mid downloaded from Website Type B is legal.



Recording any .mid downloaded  Website Type B is legal.



Publishing any .mid downloaded from Website Type B is legal.



Reason for such laws is because there are plenty of copyrighted
but people both want to use such .mid
and also have trouble paying for such .mid sometimes
so by Website Type B owner paying Website Type A owner
then Website Type A owner can still use some of the money to pay needed payments
and also people can now much easier get needed .mid especially if having trouble buying .mid
and also of course people who can buy .mid from Website Type A can still of course buy .mid from Website Type A
