something something ripping from steam games

First thing, to access the files of any steam game you need to right click on the game in your library. click properties>local_files>browse_local_files. From there, it depends on the game. If you know what engine the game uses, try and find out how to rip assets from games using that engine. If you don't know, look into the file types you see, and see if you can find any info on ripping them. hope this helps
