I'm trying to extract the voice lines of the characters from the WOTV game. Any sound I found is in the streaming folder. So I extracted the files from that folder using VGMTools. It extracted .hca and .bin files. But I couldn't extract anything from some files.

EDIT: The sounds that I have found are only sfx and bgm. I want the voices.
