Can't import MDL files from Neptunia Virrtual Stars.

The OrochiPMX.exe was not designed for that (see the README) on GitHub. I made a quick executable which can do what you wish to do. I updated the GitHub and provided a simple executable on https://www.pikachu.moe/MDL2PMX.zip - you will be able to just drag and drop a mdl or mdc file onto it - it will convert it to a PMX file in the pmx subfolder of the EXE file.
