Here are the files I am wishing to convert

They are the Chaos Emerald textures from Sonic Riders, but the only problem is, I cant open them. I tried Paint.Net, DDSConverter and Nvadia DDS fix, but it does not d seem to work. What type of DirectDraw Surface file is this and how can I fix the problem so I can convert it to Png with ease?
