This is what I know about ripping from those two games:
Shadow the Hedgehog
Shadow the Hedgehog on Xbox uses .adx audio, which is compatible with vgmstream. I recommend installing the vgmstream plugin for foobar2000 to convert the audio to .wav.
The game was also released on Gamecube, and uses GCAX audio on that system if I recall correctly. In that case, you would follow the instructions in this comment section: https://www.sounds-resource.com/wii/soni...cretrings/. But I recommend the former method for consistency's sake.
Team Sonic Racing
Read this comment I left, and the linked wiki article, to understand why ripping voices from TSR is a huge pain. I'll add a download link to the Japanese .pck file later, but if you're not just looking for a handful of specific voice lines, trawling through thousands of them by hand won't be very fun, even though Ravioli Tools makes it more convenient to listen to each one.
