Edit Reason: SRW30 GLOBAL STEAM RELEASE LET'S FUCKING GOOOOOOOO
)
Hey, looking for some clarification on game names/consistency. I looked up all the titles we have for the Super Robot Wars series of games and there are a few that don't line up.
-2nd Super Robot Wars and Super Robot Taisen OG Saga: Endless Frontier Exceed (which still needs it's title changed) both have a (JPN) tag. If that's for games that are exclusive to Japan then all but the first two Original Generation games and the first OG Saga will need that, but otherwise, I assumed (JPN) was for games that are significantly altered from western releases, which those games don't have...
-Super Robot Taisen OG Saga: Endless Frontier is technically correct as that's the localized title (thank Robot Wars the TV show for that), but that means that the first two Original Generation games should be Taisen instead of Wars and Endless Frontier Exceed should be Wars instead of Taisen (since that one didn't leave Japan). In my opinion though, I think they should all be Super Robot Wars since that's what a majority of fans would be looking for, and the SEA releases of the modern games, with English translations built in, use Wars in the title. (Edit x2: Might as well make it official, the first SRW to ever get a global release is also using Wars over Taisen!)
-Super Robot Wars Original Generation 2 and Super Robot Wars Original Generation Gaiden both read GenerationS instead of Generation. Tiny, I know.
Edit: Also, a proper game icon for Super Robot Pinball.
