I think I am the guy with the most knowledge and interest in Pokemon Battle Revolution right know. Last year I tried pull models from the game and struggled with the file type. I found out that someone had made a blender script and got in touch with him to get his tools for extracting the models. However, most of the models are only able to be partially extracted with the current tools. So a fraction of the models are complete when extracted which is why there are so few models from the game on this site. The current tools are also unable to properly extract a model's skeleton but I think it may be possible to write a tool for that.
